What this service is
Rayspring OS is a tool for tracking digital projects and the things they depend on — domains, hosting, renewals, invoices. You use it to organise your own work; we provide and maintain the software.
Your account
- Give an email address you actually read — it is how password resets and important notices reach you.
- Keep your password to yourself. Turning on two-factor authentication is strongly recommended, and required for admin-level accounts.
- You are responsible for who you invite into your workspace and what role you give them.
Acceptable use
- Use it for lawful purposes, and only store data you have the right to store.
- Do not paste passwords, API keys or private keys into any field. The system is built not to hold them, and doing so puts your own secrets at risk.
- Do not attempt to access other workspaces, overload the service, or break its security.
Your data is yours
Everything you put in remains yours. We do not claim ownership of it and do not use it for any purpose other than running the service for you. You can export all of it at any time.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided as-is and without a guaranteed uptime commitment. Maintenance, hosting failures and outages can happen. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose — the export feature exists for exactly this.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending it
You can stop using the service and ask for deletion at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will say why. Export your data before you leave.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and we will tell you before it takes effect.
